Solid profile for your PVC floor
A solid profile is synonymous with high quality.
Unlike hollow or honeycomb profiles, this solid profile minimizes the exchange surfaces in contact with water.
It prevents swelling and improves stability.
The solid profile also enables the material to be machined in the same way as wood (routing, edging, etc.).
Fiberon® decking is naturally resistant to water, even salty water, insects, rot, frost and UV rays.
What’s more, the boards won’t split and are guaranteed splinter-free.
50% wood fiber / 50% high-density polyethylene
Fiberon® PVC boards are made from 50% wood fiber (mostly maple) and 50% high-density polyethylene.
Unlike oak and other hardwoods, maple contains very little tannin.
Its use prevents the long-term appearance of stains caused by the rising tannins of the other species generally used.
The high polyethylene content limits dimensional variations in wood.
Low maintenance and easy patio cleaning
No more expensive degreasers, saturators, varnishes, stains or other chemical products.
Cumulative savings over the years on maintenance products and labor make this an economical product.
Clear water and soap or a high-pressure cleaner are all you need to maintain Fiberon® decking.
For greater effectiveness, we recommend the use of CLEAN DECK®, a special composite deck cleaner.
An ecological choice for your outdoor floor
All manufacturing waste is crushed and reused to optimize material yields and reduce waste.
What’s more, by recycling wood industry waste, Fiberon® optimizes the use of this precious natural resource.
Fiberon® products are therefore perfectly suited to HQE-type projects. Fiberon® boards developed in the U.S. since 1996 have passed all durability and mechanical resistance tests.
They have already been used on several million m2 , in all dry and damp environments, at high temperatures over 40°C and below -30°C.
